Geri Weinfeld currently works as Senior Director of Investor Relations at Xperi Corp., listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. From 2011 to 2014, she worked as an IR consultant for Nexon Co. Ltd., a free-to-play online gaming company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, that traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange after going public in 2011 and raising $1.2 billion. Prior to working with Nexon, Geri was Senior Manager of Investor Relations at Activision Blizzard from 2004-2009, Director of Investor Relations at Autobytel.com and Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Buy.com. She started her career as a NASDAQ market maker working at a full service brokerage firm in Washington, DC.
Anne McGuinness is an Investor Relations Analyst for American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH), an internally managed Maryland real estate investment trust, focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, and operating attractive, single-family homes as rental properties. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics of the investor relations program, multiple aspects of the quarterly earnings process, and all logistical coordination of investor relations events and responsibilities. Prior to joining American Homes 4 Rent, Anne held investor relations positions at Health Net, Inc., a managed care organization that delivers managed health care services through health plans and government-sponsored managed care plans, and DTS, Inc.(NASDAQ: DTSI), a premier audio solutions provider for high-definition entertainment experiences.
Stacy Feit is Senior Director, Investor Relations at The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated. Previously, Stacy was a Senior Vice President in the investor relations and financial communications division of MWW.
Stacy has guided numerous clients through major milestones, including initial public offerings, spin-offs, acquisitions and restructurings, while also developing and implementing ongoing investor relation programs. Stacy has worked with companies across industries including alternative energy, consumer, healthcare, industrial, lodging, mining, media, real estate and technology.
Prior to joining MWW, Stacy was an associate at Citigroup Global Markets in their middle market institutional equity sales group. Earlier in her career, Stacy was an analyst in the global corporate and investment banking division at Bank of America where she covered companies in the gaming and leisure industry.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2005. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Los Angeles.
Lena Shagoury joined Nasdaq Global Corporate Solutions in March 2014, and oversees GCS’ top accounts along the west coast. Lena has 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations and the financial markets, specializing in account management and business development at both large global firms and smaller innovative companies, including Thomson Financial, Multex, and Reuters. Lena's clients have included public companies of all sizes, and global investment management firms with trillions under management. Lena strives to build collaborative relationships with clients and create an environment of trust and open dialogue to achieve mutual success.
Originally from Chicago, Lena graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass., with a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
Matthew Policastro was promoted to Regional Vice President, Southern California Region and the Pacific Northwest, in January of 2012. Based in Los Angeles, he is responsible for overall sales and operations for the Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Seattle, and San Diego offices.
In 2003, Matt joined Business Wire as an Account Executive in its Los Angeles office. In 2008, he was appointed Regional Manager of Los Angeles.
Matt is an alumni of Rutgers University and received his MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and The Public Relations Society of America.
Lori Hillman joined Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC (“PennyMac”) in October 2016 as vice president, Investor Relations. She supports the company’s two publicly-traded entities, PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) and PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (NYSE: PMT). Previously, Ms. Hillman was manager of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Health Net, Inc.
Ms. Hillman has nearly 20 years of investor relations and corporate communications experience. She also holds the designation of Investor Relations Charter (IRC).
Ms. Hillman joined Health Net in August 1994 and transitioned to the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications department in 1996. She held several roles of increasing responsibility over the years, with duties including financial and competitive analysis, annual report development and production, IR website and Investor Day events, and overseeing the editing, approval and issuance of all company press releases. Ms. Hillman was instrumental in establishing Health Net's IR website in the late 1990s. Additionally, she was a key member of the teams responsible for launching Health Net's mission, vision and goals and redesigning the company's Intranet site.
Prior to Health Net, Ms. Hillman worked for various law firms in California and Texas, concentrating on business litigation, insurance defense and probate.
Ms. Hillman is a member of both the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and NIRI's Los Angeles Chapter. She was elected to the NIRI Los Angeles Chapter board of directors in 2014 and currently serves on the programs committee. Ms. Hillman also serves on the board of directors of Right Road Kids, a nonprofit organization with a mission to inspire and work with children to build self-esteem, character, confidence, talents and life skills. She was actively involved in local youth soccer programs for more than 10 years.
Ms. Hillman received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
Sam Ramraj is vice president of Investor Relations for Edison International, the parent company of Southern California Edison, one of the nation’s largest electric utilities. In addition to the utility, Edison International has subsidiaries that are competitive businesses providing commercial and industrial customers with energy management and procurement services and distributed solar generation. He is responsible for strategic and tactical leadership of the company’s communications and interaction with the investment community, in addition to building and managing relationships with investors, sell-side analysts and other investment community stakeholders and influencers.
Ramraj has more than 20 years of experience in corporate investor relations and sell-side equity research. Prior to joining Edison International in 2017, he served as vice president of Investor Relations for Tesoro Corporation, a Fortune 100 company that is an independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products.
Previously, Ramraj was at URS Corporation in San Francisco where he worked in investor relations for 12 years, including as vice president of Investor Relations and director of Investor Relations. Before joining URS, he was an equity research analyst with a number of investment banks, including Lehman Brothers, Salomon Smith Barney, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.
Alexandra Geller joined Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD) in July 2013 and serves as Senior Analyst of Investor Relations. Prior to Cornerstone OnDemand, Alexandra worked for Wireless Capital Partners, LLC as a Senior Portfolio Analyst as well as Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC, where she assisted in sell-side transactions, divestitures, and capital raises for clients in the consumer & industrial products and food & beverage industries. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with Honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
